Booking a dentist should be a quick and easy process. We understand that everyone is extremely busy, and doesn’t have time to wait on the phone, or visit our office solely for the purpose of booking an appointment. Consequently, we have a state of the art, online booking system, that negates the need for queuing. If you are not confident with computer systems, or simply prefer talking to someone, then you are more than welcome to call or visit our office to book your appointment. If circumstances change and you are unable to attend, we would ask that you notify our offices as soon as possible, to ensure another patient can utilize that appointment.
Our priority is your dental care, and to facilitate that and make things as easy as possible, we accept most kinds of traditional insurance. For your peace of mind, and to avoid any issues later, please contact our office to verify that your insurance plan will cover your procedures. While we do not take part in Health Management Organisations, we will be more than happy to assist with the preparation and submission of the necessary paperwork. We also offer a flexible payment plan, cash, checks and credit card payment. If you have any concerns, please speak to our Financial Coordinator who will happily discuss all the options available to you. For our more senior clients, we are also happy to offer a ten percent discount.
